Considerations

Appointments

Appointments are encouraged in order to provide you with the best day and time to meet your schedule. Walk-ins or same day appointments are always welcome, but are subject to availability on a first come first serve basis.

We strive to accommodate our guests at their scheduled appointment  time. If you are late for any reason, we will do our best to accommodate you, but as a courtesy to other guests with appointments that follow yours, our ability to fit you in is not guaranteed. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible, should you not be able to make your appointment at the schedule time.

 Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur. Therefore, in consideration of your stylist and fellow guests, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice when it is necessary to cancel your appointment. If three or more appointments have been missed without notice, we reserve the right to request prepayment prior to your next appointment and/or to charge a $25 missed appointment fee, for repeat No Show/Last Minute Cancellations. Pricing

The pricing of our staff is based on their years of experience, training and on-going development in the beauty industry. Therefore our pricing differs between staff members. Only your stylist will determine the final price of your service based on the work and time involved. Please discuss your final pricing during your complimentary consultation prior to beginning your service.

Payment Types

We gladly accept Cash, Debit, Checks, Visa & MasterCard. There will be a fee of $25 assessed for any returned checks.

Gratuities

Gratuities are acknowledgment for excellent customer service and are not included in our service pricing. Gratuities are fully discretionary and are always sincerely appreciated. Effective April 1st 2011,  The Cutting Edge Inc. is unable to allow Gratuities to be added to Credit/Debit Card purchases, however they may be added to payments in the form of personal check or cash. 

  Gift Certificates

A gift certificate to The Cutting Edge makes the perfect gift year round. Please purchase carefully, as they are not redeemable for cash or credit and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates are available for purchase, in any denomination either in-salon or through our web site ordering system.

 The Cutting Edge strives to exceed your expectations of a salon experience. Therefore, if you have any ideas or suggestions to improve our services or your experience with us, we invite you to do so by visiting our "Contact Us" page on this site. Communications sent through this web site will be kept in the strictest of confidence and reviewed exclusively by management.

Should you find that you are not completely satisfied with your experience at The Cutting Edge, we allow guests up to 7 business days to notify management accordingly. While we guarantee that we will make every effort to correct/exchange any issues or concerns that may arise, we DO NOT offer refunds on our services or products.
